Bayzid was a small boy. One night he was studying by the side of his ailing mother. All on a sudden, his mother woke up. She felt very thirsty. She told her son to give her a glass of water. Bayzid went to kitchen to bring water. But the pitcher was empty. He decided to fetch water from a distant fountain with the pitcher and come back home with the pitcher full of water. In the meantime, his mother was fast asleep again. Bayzid did not want to disturb his mother. So, he remained standing beside his mother's bad. In the morning. Bayzid's mother awoke. She became astonished to see her son standing with the glass of water beside her bed. She embraced her son with deep love and prayed to almighty Allah for her son. Allah granted her prayer. In his later life, Bayzid became a great saint. So, we should have respect and love to our parents.
